Contributions and Pledges to Contribute

On March 2, 2016 the Morrisville Veterans Memorial Foundation was chartered by the State of North Carolina as a non-profit corporation. On February 21, 2018 the Internal Revenue Service granted the Foundation tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of Title 26 of the United States Code. Thus all contributions, donations, bequests, devises, transfers, and gifts to the Foundation for the design and construction of the memorial are tax deductible.
